South Of The Border Subs Recipe
Ingredients
| Cheddar Cheese | 2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| For salsa verde | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Black olives | 1 Can (10oz), chopped | |
| Olive oil | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Green onions | 3 , chopped | |
| 1 loaf French bread, cut into 1/2 inch slices | ||
Directions
Preheat broiler.
In a medium bowl, mix together cheese, Salsa Verde, black olives, olive oil, onions, and jalapenos.
Arrange bread slices on broiler pan and spread each piece with cheese mixture.
Broil until bubbly, 1 or 2 minutes.
Serve immediately.
