South of The Border Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 medium-size tomato, chopped | ||
| Green bell pepper | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 2 tablespoons each chopped radish and green onion | ||
| 1 tablespoon each chopped cilantro and canned diced green chiles | ||
| Cilantro sprigs | 4 | |
| Jicama | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tortilla chips | ||
Directions
In a small bowl, combine tomato, bell pepper, radish, onion, chopped cilantro, and chiles.
Cover and let stand for up to 30 minutes.
To serve, spoon sauce over fish and garnish with cilantro sprigs.
Accompany with jicama and tortilla chips.
