|Ground turkey/Veal||16 Ounce|
|Canned tomatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs), crushed|
|Mild picante sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Taco seasoning mix||4 1⁄2 Gram (1 Package)|
|Canned diced green chiles||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Part skim ricotta cheese/Cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lasagna noodles||8 Ounce|
|Grated cheddar cheese||4 Ounce|
|Grated jack cheese||4 Ounce|

Add tomatoes, picante, taco seasoning mix and chiles.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
Spread half of meat mixture in bottom of baking dish.
Top with 1/2 noodles and the cup Ricotta cheese.
Top with Cheddar.
Repeat and end with Jack cheese
