 2 (6 to 8 ounce) South African rock lobster tails or 2 cans South African rock lobster
 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon
 Flour3 Tablespoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Paprika1/2 Teaspoon
 Milk1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Mayonnaise2 Tablespoon
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, minced
 6 to 8 frankfurter rolls

Directions

MAKING
1. Follow the instructions to boil South African rock lobster tails. Take out the meat and dice it.
2. Melt margarine or butter. Add seasonings and flour and stir well. Add parsley and mayonnaise and beat well.
3. Separate the rolls, leaving just a small hinge that join the rolls. Toss gently and stuff with hot rock lobster mixture.

SERVING
4. Apply melted margarine or butter mixture on the top and serve immediately.
