Directions

GETTING READY
1.Rinse the fish well and take out its bones.
2.Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.

MAKING
3.Roll the cleaned fish starting from the tail.
4.Take a fireproof dish and place the fihs in it in such a way that the fish does not touch the lid.
5.Add a sprinkling of peppercorns, amce, salt, water and vinegar.
6.Cover with a lid or greased paper and bake for 45 minutes.

SERVING
