Sourdough Rice Bread Recipe
This Sourdough Rice Bread makes a sumptuous meal for me ! Just stuuf it with greens and shredded cheese and enjoy. Tell me if you have better suggestions!
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups rice flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup Sourdough Starter
1 13ounce can evaporated milk
2 eggs
2 tablespoons honey or molasses
4 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl.
In Bosch bowl, combine starter, evaporated milk, eggs, honey or molasses, and melted butter or margarine.
Add dry ingredients to moist ingredients, and stir only enough to combine.
Pour into a well-greased, castiron frying pan or a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
Bake in a 425° F. oven for 25 minutes.
