Sourdough Cheese Bread Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 sourdough or French rolls, cut in half lengthwise | ||
| 1/3 cup finely shredded Swiss Cheese | ||
| Mayonnaise | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper | ||
Directions
Heat broiler.
Place split rolls on broiler pan or cookie sheet.
In small bowl stir together all remaining ingredients.
Spread on split rolls.
Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat until light golden brown and cheese is melted (2 to 3 minutes).
