Ingredients

 3 sourdough or French rolls, cut in half lengthwise
 1/3 cup finely shredded Swiss Cheese
 Mayonnaise1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Butter1/4 Cup (16 tbs), softened
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, chopped
 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper

Directions

Heat broiler.
Place split rolls on broiler pan or cookie sheet.
In small bowl stir together all remaining ingredients.
Spread on split rolls.
Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat until light golden brown and cheese is melted (2 to 3 minutes).
