Sour Cream Sauce (Sos $Mietanowy) Recipe
This lovely homemade sour cream sauce is prepared with eggs and is flavored with dill. Beaten together and seasoned along with mustard or dill, the sour cream sauce is very good for serving with meat or fish.
Ingredients
| 2 hard-cooked eggs | ||
| Dairy sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 teaspoon prepared mustard or dill | ||
| Sugar | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Press eggs through a sieve.
Add sour cream and beat with a mixer at medium speed 3 minutes.
Add mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper.
Beat 1 minute at high speed.
Serve with ham or veal.
