Sour Cream Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup (250 mL) sour cream
1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
1/2 tsp (2 mL) curry
1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) pepper
1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice
Grated rind of 1 lemon
Directions
Combine all the ingredients together in a 2-cup (500 mL) microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave, uncovered, 2 minutes at MEDIUM, stirring twice during the cooking.
If necessary, microwave one minute more.
