1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg, well beaten
1 1/2 cups dairy sour cream
1 1/2 cups dark seedless raisins
1 unbaked 9-in. pie shell
Directions
Combine sugar, flour, spices, and salt.
Combine the egg with sour cream; gradually add dry ingredients, blending thoroughly.

Turn filling into unbaked pie shell.
