Sour Cream Raisin Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Cinnamon | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Raisins | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pecans | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 9 pastry shell, unbaked | ||
Directions
Heat oven to 450°.
Put all ingredients, except pecans, into Osterizer container, cover and process at MIX.
Stop blender, add pecans and CYCLE/CHOP.
Use a rubber spatula to scrape ingredients from sides of container whenever necessary.
Pour the mixture into an unbaked pie shell.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Lower oven temperature to 350° and bake 30 minutes.
