Sour Cream Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. dill seed
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. paprika
Directions
Mix together hamburger, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, pepper and salt.
Shape into balls.
Chill for 1 hour.
Brown in broiler 10 minutes; reserve juices.
Put meatballs in baking dish.
Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
Mix together reserved juices, butter, remaining sour cream, dill seed, remaining garlic powder, sugar and paprika.
Heat over low heat; do not boil.
Pour over meatballs.
May be served as appetizers.
