Sour Cream-Cucumber Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Lime gelatin package | 1 | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tsp. onion juice | ||
| Can | 7 8 Ounce, crushed | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cucumbers | 2 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
Directions
Dissolve gelatin and salt in 1 cup boiling water; add vinegar and onion juice.
Chill until partially set.
Fold in mayonnaise; blend thoroughly.
Fold in sour cream and cucumbers; blend thoroughly.
Pour into wet mold; chill until firm.
