1/2 pint sour cream
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
5 blades chives, cut into 1 inch pieces
Dash sugar ,
1 tablespoon catsup
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Place all ingredients in processor bowl and process with metal blade until chives are just minced.
