Guests coming in??? Unplanned party happening??? This happens many a times at our place. In times of such distress, I like to prepare a few starters which are easy to make and keep the guests occupied till I can attend to other things. Batons of veggies with this delicious easy to make Mustard dip is one such example. Serve dip with assortment of crackers, veggies, mini toasted bread rolls, fried snacks etc and keep the party rolling :)

Ingredients

 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Superfine sugar1 Teaspoon
 Sour cream1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Hung Curd- 1/4 cup
 Readymade Mustard- 2 tablespoons
 Parsley leaves1 Tablespoon, finely chopped

Directions

MAKING
1. In a medium sized bowl, combine lemon juice and sugar and whisk well.
2. Add remaining ingredients and mix till well combined.

SERVING
3. Transfer on to a dip/ sauce bowl and serve along with fritters, crackers or batons of vegetables of your choice.
