Sour Mustard Dip Recipe
A quick, no fuss dip made with ingredients that would be readily available in the kitchen. It goes well with fish fritters or any fried snack as an accompaniment.

Ingredients
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Superfine sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Hung Curd- 1/4 cup | ||
| Readymade Mustard- 2 tablespoons | ||
| Parsley leaves | 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a medium sized bowl, combine lemon juice and sugar and whisk well.
2. Add remaining ingredients and mix till well combined.
SERVING
3. Transfer on to a dip/ sauce bowl and serve along with fritters, crackers or batons of vegetables of your choice.
