Ingredients

 Turnips1/2 Kilogram, chopped
 1 large bunch chopped spinach
 Tomatoes1 Kilogram, strained
 Water4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon juice1
 Onion1 Medium, chopped
 Rice flour2 Cup (16 tbs) (Kubbas:)
 Ghee2 Tablespoon (Filling:)
 Onions2 , minced (Filling:)
 Salt To Taste (Filling:)
 Pepper1 (Filling:)
 3 tbs. rice flour mixed to a paste in 1 cup water
 Mince meat1 Cup (16 tbs) (Filling:)
 Mince meat1/4 Kilogram, boiled (Filling:)

Directions

Make kubbas by putting flour, mince and salt into bowl and mixing to a stiff dough with water.
Knead hard till very soft.
Keep aside.
For the filling, fry onions in ghee till brown, add mince and fry well, wet hands, fill mince into centre of dough and form into balls.
Keep aside.
In ghee fry onions light brown, add spinach and turnips.
Fry 3-4 mins add salt, pepper, tomato and water.
When boiling, gently slip in the kubbas and boil for 10 mins., then lower heat and simmer till kubbas are soft.
Add flour paste and bring to the boil, remove from fire.
Add lemon juice.
