2 cups all purpose flour
 
2 tablespoons sugar
 
1 tablespoon baking powder
 
2 eggs
 
1 teaspoon vanilla

1.5 cups milk
 
.5 cup sour cream or plain yoghourt
 
.5 cup melted butter

Directions

In a large bowl combine dry ingredients.
Add liquid ingredients and mix until moist, some lumps may remain.

Bake according to the directions on your waffle iron.
