Ingredients

 Egg yolks2
 Honey1/3 Cup (16 tbs), warmed
 Sour cream1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Whole wheat pastry flour1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Soda1 Teaspoon
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Nutmeg1/4 Teaspoon
 Ground cloves1/4 Teaspoon
 Cinnamon1/2 Teaspoon
 Pecans and walnuts1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Raisins1 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten

Directions

Preheat oven to 350° F.and grease an 8 x 8-inch square pan.
Beat egg yolks well, add honey and sour cream, and blend thoroughly.
Combine flour, soda, salt, nutmeg, cloves, and cinnamon.
Add to the first mixture, then fold in nuts and raisins.
Do not overmix.
Fold in egg whites.
Pour into prepared pan and bake in preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes.
Cool in pan on wire rack.
If frosting is desired, frost with MOCHA FROSTING Cut into 2-inch squares to serve.
