Sour Cream Salad Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Flour | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper white | 1⁄8 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Eggs | 2 Small, slightly beaten | |
| Vinegar | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dairy sour cream | 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) |

Directions
1. In a large bowl, add the dry ingredients and mix well
2. Add the eggs to the vinegar and mix well and then add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix this well.
3. Cook this mixture over low heat and make sure that you stir the mixture well. The sauce should be smooth and thick
4. Add butter to the sauce and blend well
5. Remove from heat and add sour cream
SERVING
6. Chill and serve
