Sour Cream Plum Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| All purpose flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground cinnamon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Baking powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 1-pound can purple plums, drained | ||
| 1 slightly beaten egg | ||
| Dairy sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| California walnuts | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
Cream first 2 ingredients.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Blend into creamed mixture till crumbly.
Press in 9-inch pic plate.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
Pit and halve plums; arrange skin side down over crust.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Spread over plums.
Bake 5 to 6 minutes or till set.
