Ingredients

 
8 inch baked pie shell
 
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
 
3/4 cup granulated sugar
 
1/2 tsp salt
 
1 cup cold skim milk
 
1 cup dairy or regular, sour cream
 
1 tsp lemon juice
 
3 eggyolks, beaten

Directions

Mix flour, sugar replacement, salt, and skim milk in the top of a double boiler.
Stir to blend thoroughly.
Stir in sour cream and lemonjuice.
Place over hot water; then cook and stir until mixture thickens.
Pour small amount of mixture into beaten egg yolks; then return to top of double boiler.
Cook and stir 3 minutes longer.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Transfer to baked pie shell.
Allow to cool.
