 Elbow macaroni package1
 Sour cream1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Milk1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Prepared mustard - 2 to 3 tablespoons
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 Sharp cheddar cheese2 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 Paprika - to taste

Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2.Prepare macaroni by following the instructions on the package.

MAKING
3.Mix macaroni with sour cream, milk, salt, onion and mustard.
4.Prepare a 1 1/2 quart casserole by greasing lightly.
5.Put half the macaroni mixture in the dish and add a sprinkling of grated cheese.
6.Layer the cheese with remaining macaroni and bake for 30- 35 minutes until the cheese is heated and melts.

SERVING
7.Serve warm garnished with paprika.
