Sour Cream Herb Meatloaf Recipe
Ingredients
| Lean ground beef | 454 Gram | |
| Ground veal | 345 Gram | |
| 225 g lean ground pork | ||
| Eggs | 2 | |
| 250 ml soda cracker crumbs | ||
| Sour cream | 250 Milliliter | |
| Parsley | 80 Milliliter, chopped | |
| Chives | 45 Milliliter, chopped | |
| 3 ml each of thyme leaves, chervil, basil leaves | ||
| Salt | 5 Milliliter | |
| Cracked black pepper | 4 Milliliter | |
| 125 ml Mornay Sauce | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except Mornay Sauce.
Line a large loaf pan with tin foil.
Pack the mixture into the pan.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
Turn loaf out, remove the foil wrap.
Slice and serve with Mornay Sauce.
