 Lean ground beef454 Gram
 Ground veal345 Gram
 225 g lean ground pork
 Eggs2
 250 ml soda cracker crumbs
 Sour cream250 Milliliter
 Parsley80 Milliliter, chopped
 Chives45 Milliliter, chopped
 3 ml each of thyme leaves, chervil, basil leaves
 Salt5 Milliliter
 Cracked black pepper4 Milliliter
 125 ml Mornay Sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except Mornay Sauce.
Line a large loaf pan with tin foil.
Pack the mixture into the pan.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
Turn loaf out, remove the foil wrap.
Slice and serve with Mornay Sauce.
