Sour Cream Gouda Spread Recipe

| 1 (7 ounce) Gouda cheese round | ||
| Light sour cream | 1 Carton (1l) | |
| Dijon style Mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Shredded carrot | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Celery | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Red bell pepper | 2 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |

Directions
Cut thin slice of wax from top of Gouda.
Carefully scoop out cheese, leaving wax shell intact.
Chop cheese into small pieces; set aside.
In medium bowl stir together Light Sour Cream, mustard, worcestershire sauce and garlic powder.
Stir in cheese, carrot, celery and red pepper.
Cover; refrigerate until flavors are well blended
