| Orange rind | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Flour | 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) | |
| Baking soda | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cloves | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Dates | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Cherries | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Raisins | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |

Directions
1) Preheat the oven to 350ยบ F.
MAKING
2) Mix butter, eggs and sugar, creaming well and add in vanilla.
3) Mix together all the dry ingredients, saving 1/2 cup flour.
4) Sprinkle the saved flour over fruit and nuts and stir well.
5) Add sour cream alternatively with flour mixture.
6) Finally add in the fruit mixture and bake in the preheated oven until done.
SERVING
7) Serve hot or cold.
