Sour Cream Cucumber Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 or 4 medium cucumbers | ||
| Salt | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sour cream | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| White vinegar | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Olive salad | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste | |
| 3 tablespoons minced dill or minced parsley | ||
Directions
Trim the cucumbers.
Slice them as thinly as possible.
Sprinkle with salt, mix and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
Drain and rinse under running cold water to remove the salt.
Squeeze dry.
Combine the sour cream, vinegar, salad oil, sugar and salt and pepper.
Pour over the cucumbers.
Cover and chill for 1 hour or more.
Sprinkle with the minced dill before serving.
