Ingredients
3/4 cup (180 ml) Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp (5 ml) non-alum baking powder
1/2 tsp (3 ml) sea salt, optional
1/4 tsp (1 ml) cinnamon
1 tbs (15 ml) honey
1 medium apple, grated
1 egg, beaten or egg replacer
1 tsp (5 ml) pure vanilla
1/2 cup (120 ml) sour cream
1 cup (240 ml) water or buttermilk
Directions
In large bowl combine dry ingredients.
Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well; add to dry ingredients and stir until just blended.
Cook on preheated griddle 350°F (180°C) for 3-5 minutes, turning only once.
