Editors Review

Cucumbers in sour cream, is a refreshing dish served year-round in Poland. Use garden fresh cucumbers during the summer for a wonderfully fresh, crunchy taste but store-bought cucumbers work almost as well. Take this cool salad to a 4th of July party or carry it for family picnics to serve with grilled meats. Not only is it tasty, but a great alternative to all of the mayo based, high calorie salads Add halved cherry tomatoes, and use light or fat free sour cream if you like.
