Ingredients

 
2 cans (10 1/2 ounces each) condensed tomato soup
 
2 pounds ground lean ham
 
2 pounds ground lean pork
 
2 cups fine dry bread crumbs
 
1 cup minced onion
 
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
 
3 eggs, slightly beaten
 
1 teaspoon dry mustard
 
1/8 teaspoon pepper
 
4 pineapple slices, cut in half

Directions

Combine soup, meats, bread crumbs, onion, green pepper, eggs, mustard, and pepper; mix thoroughly.
Shape firmly into 2 loaves; place in shallow baking pan (12 x 18 x 2 ).
Arrange pineapple on top.
Bake in a 350° oven 1 3/4 hours or until done.
