Souper Chicken Bake Recipe
This Souper Chicken Breast is my all time meal favorite. A highly satiating meal, this Souper Chicken Breast is what you'd want to have everyday, if you just taste it once.
Ingredients
1 3-3 1/2 lb. cut up fryer
1 1/2 cups long-grain rice
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 1/2 cups hot water
Directions
Spread dry rice evenly in greased casserole.
Sprinkle with onion soup mix.
Place chicken on rice, skin side up.
Spoon undiluted soup over chicken and slowly pour hot water over all.
Bake uncovered for 2 hours at 350°.
Cream of chicken or cream of celery soup may be substituted for the mushroom soup.
