Beef Soup Aravanaiko Recipe
Ingredients
| Beef Stock | 3 Quart | |
| 3 pounds lean beef, cut in 2 1/2 inch squares | ||
| Tomato | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| 4 medium ripe tomatoes, peeled,seeded, and diced (optional) | ||
| 1 pound macaroni, cooked according to directions on package | ||
| Grated cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Sauce) | |
Directions
Heat stock to boiling.
Add meat and tomato sauce.
Simmer until, meat is tender (about 2 hours).
Add tomato pieces.
Simmer 20 minutes.
Add cooked macaroni.
Heat thoroughly.
Top with grated cheese before serving.
