 Beef Stock3 Quart
 3 pounds lean beef, cut in 2 1/2 inch squares
 Tomato2 Can (10oz)
 4 medium ripe tomatoes, peeled,seeded, and diced (optional)
 1 pound macaroni, cooked according to directions on package
 Grated cheese1 Cup (16 tbs) (Sauce)

Directions

Heat stock to boiling.
Add meat and tomato sauce.
Simmer until, meat is tender (about 2 hours).
Add tomato pieces.
Simmer 20 minutes.
Add cooked macaroni.
Heat thoroughly.
Top with grated cheese before serving.
