Ingredients

 1/4 lb. sliced bacon, cut in pieces
 Cooked ham2 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Beef broth1 Can (10oz)
 Water2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 1/3 cups packaged pre cooked rice
 Whole kernel corn1 Can (10oz)
 Green beans1 Can (10oz)
 Tomatoes1 Can (10oz)
 Salt2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, finely chopped

Directions

Fry bacon in a kettle or Dutch oven until crisp.
Remove bacon and drain on absorbent paper.
Pour off all but 2 tablespoons of the drippings.
Fry ham in the hot bacon drippings in kettle until slightly browned.
Add bacon and remaining ingredients except parsley.
Bring to boiling; cover and remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes.
Sprinkle rice mixture with parsley
