Soup With Pistou Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 tomatoes, peeled and chopped | ||
| 3/4 pound green beans, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces | ||
| Potatoes | 3 Large, cubed | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1/4 teaspoon pepper Pistou | ||
| Cooked spaghetti | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Grated Gruyere or Swiss cheese | ||
| Flavored croutons | ||
Directions
Combine tomatoes, beans and potatoes in a large heavy saucepan; add 1 1/2 quarts water.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bring soup to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, partially covered, for 45 minutes.
Prepare Pistou and set aside.
Add spaghetti to soup and h
