Soup Mediterranean Recipe
Ingredients
| Mushrooms | 1 Can (10oz), sliced | |
| Oregano - generous dash, crushed | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Soup | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Water | 1 | |
| Cubed beef, chicken, lamb, or pork - 1/2 cup, cooked | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. Take a saucepan and melt butter in it. Add mushrooms and oregano, and sauté until they get browned.
2. Stir in soup, water and cubed beef and cook. Mixture should be stirred at occasional intervals during the cooking time.
SERVING
3. Serve the Soup Mediterranean with salads.
