Soup Baked Fish Fillets Au Gratin Recipe
Ingredients

| Melted butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Black pepper | 1 | |
| Tomato soup | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Shredded Cheddar cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |

Directions
GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 500°F.
MAKING
2. Take a shallow baking dish, arrange the fillets and sprinkle melted butter. Sprinkle a little pepper.
3. Bake for about 25 minutes till the fish flakes come off with fork.
4. Top with soup and parsley. Sprinkle cheese. Allow to bake for 5 to 10 minutes or till cheese melts.
SERVING
5. Garnish using cucumber slices and serve.
