Souffle With Pineapple Topping Recipe

Artificial sweetener to equal 4 tablespoons sugar

Directions
Beat egg yolks with sweetener to equal 3 tablespoons sugar until very thick.
Add water and salt to egg whites; beat until stiff.
Fold whites into yolks.
Pour into hot 10 1/2 inch non-stick pan, and cook over medium heat without stirring, until it is lightly brown on the bottom and sides, and top is firm.
With a spatula, fold in half and place on hot dish.
Sprinkle lightly with remaining sweetener and serve with Pineapple Topping.
