Directions
1. In a bowl, beat egg yolks till thick
2. Melt butter and add to it, add flour and sour cream alternartely
3. Beat egg whites till stiff and fold them into the sour cream mixture
4. Add spo0onfuls of this mixture on a greased griddle and brown them; turn around when the top turns bubbly
