Souffle Furst Puckler Recipe
Souffle Furst Puckler has a fine taste. Souffle Furst Puckler gets its taste from eggs mixed with fruits and topped with cherries. Souffle Furst Puckler is inspired by many food chains around the world.
Ingredients
4 egg whites
14 tablespoons sugar
Grated peel of 1 lemon
2 pkgs. ice cream, frozen very firm
2 bananas, halved lengthwise
2 tablespoons slivered almonds
Maraschino cherries
Directions
Beat egg whites until frothy; add sugar, several tablespoons at a time, and beat well.
Continue beating until very stiff peaks are formed; quickly beat in grated lemon peel (if used).
Place one package of the ice cream on a wooden board; cover with the halved bananas and top with the second package of ice cream.
Coat sides and surface of loaf with the meringue and decorate with some of the meringue put through a pastry bag with decorating tube.
Sprinkle sides with slivered almonds.
Place in preheated 500°F (260°C) oven only until golden (or broil quickly under broiler, about 7 inches from heat source).
Garnish loaf with the cherries and serve immediately with ladyfingers or wafers.
If not served immediately, store dessert in freezer to avoid melting of ice cream.
