Sos Chrzanowy Recipe
Ingredients

| Cider vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |

| Egg yolks | 2 | |
Directions
Combine flour, sour cream, and bouillon, stirring constantly until smooth.
Add horseradish, salt, vinegar, and sugar.
Cream butter and egg yolks and slowly add the hot sauce, a spoonful at a time, stirring constantly to prevent curdling.
Pour over fish.
