Sorakkai Dosa Recipe
Ingredients
Sorekai - 1 cup ( peeled and cutted) or Bottle Gourd
green chilli -3
Raw rice -1/2 cup
Idli rice -1/2 cup
Directions
Put both the rice in bowl and soak it in water atleast for 2 hours.
Then grind rice with sorekai ,chilli and salt in Grinder or Mixie.
Keep the grinded mixture atleast for 1-2 hour.
Make dosa with the batter and serve hot with coconut chutney.
You can make rich looking dosa by adding finely chopped onions, finely chopped curry leaves and finely chopped corriander leaves.
