Sophisticated Salmon Patties or Salmon Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
| Cooked | 2 Cup (16 tbs), flaked | |
| 1/4 lb smoked salmon, coarsely chopped | ||
| Potatoes | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), mashed | |
| Onion | 1 Small, finely chopped | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Dill | 1 Tablespoon, dried | |
| Ground black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 egg, slightly beaten | ||
| Light cream | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 tbsp sweet butter | ||
Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine fresh and smoked salmon, potatoes, onion, parsley, lemon juice, dill and pepper.
2. Combine egg and cream; stir into salmon mixture; mix well.
3. Divide into four portions and shape into burgers with hands.
4. In a large skillet, heat butter and add burgers; cook, turning once, for 8 to 10 minutes, until golden brown.
