Cuban Sopa De Garbanzos Recipe Video

I love a good hearty soup. Throw everything in one pot and let it go. Sopa de Garbanzo was a favorite in my house growing up. The Chorizo (Spanish style sausage) really makes this soup, and a little Canadian bacon takes it over the edge.

Editors Review

Chickpeas are endlessly versatile and Juan Montalvo very well know this. He uses chickpeas to stir up yet another Cuban favorite soup using chickpeas, a type of Spanish sausage, and some Canadian bacon. A hearty soup to slurp on to any day!
