Ingredients

 
1/2 cup coarse hot pepper
 
1/2 tbsp garlic paste
 
2 tbsp anchovy sauce
 
2 tbsp oil
 
10-12 beef cubes
 
kimchi
 
6 large spoon beef stock
 
4-5 clams
 
3-4 muscles
 
1 tbsp sesame oil
 
2 tbsp green onion
 
7-8 pieces extra soft tofu
 
2 eggs

Directions

In a small bowl, mix the hot pepper, garlic paste and anchovy sauce. Keep aside for a few hours to soften.
In a deep pan, saute the beef in oil until brown. Add kimchi and cook for a while. Stir in half the paste and the beef stock. Boil for a few minutes, skim off the foam. Add the clams, muscles, sesame oil, green onion and tofu. Simmer for a while. Crack and add the eggs over the top,simmer for a few minutes.
