Sooji Ka Payas Recipe
Ingredients
| Semolina | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cardamom powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 5 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ghee | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Coconut | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Jaggery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Condensed milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon |
Directions
Roast semolina in ghee and grind with the coconut.
Add sugar and a little cardamom powder.
Fry the mixture for a few minutes.
Cool slightly and form into marble-sized balls.
Heat milk mixed with the condensed milk and a little jaggery.
Thicken and add cardamom powder.
Add semolina balls and simmer till they are soft and the milk mixture is blended.
Chill and serve.
