Ingredients

 Sooji1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Melted ghee1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Sugar3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
 Water1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
 Crushed cardamom4 (Green Cardamom)
 Peeled and sliced almonds6

Directions

Mix Water & Sugar then Microwave for 5 min to make the syrup
Heat the Pan on High add Ghee and Sooji
Stir until golden brown, this should take appx 8-10 min
Add the sugar syrup slowly
Cook for about 3 minutes
Add crushed cardamon seeds
Garnish with sliced almonds and serve.
