Ingredients

 Sooji1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ghee1/4 Cup (16 tbs), melted
 Sugar3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Water1.5 Cup (16 tbs)
 Green cardamom4 , crushed
 Sliced almonds6 , skinned

Directions

Mix Water & Sugar then Microwave for 5 min to make the syrup
Heat the Pan on High add Ghee and Sooji
Stir until golden brown, this should take appx 8-10 min
Add the sugar syrup slowly
Cook for about 3 minutes
Add crushed cardamon seeds
Garnish with sliced almonds and serve.
