Sommersalat Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 head Boston lettuce | ||
| 2 large potatoes, cooked, peeled, and sliced | ||
| 2 hard-cooked eggs, shelled and chopped | ||
| 1 cup cooked green peas | ||
| Salad oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Prepared mustard | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Tomatoes | 2 Large, sliced | |
Directions
Trim lettuce and separate leaves.
Wash and drain thoroughly.
Mix lettuce with potatoes, eggs, and green peas.
Chill.
Mix oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, and sugar.
Toss salad with salad dressing.
Pour mixture into a salad bowl.
Garnish with sliced tomatoes.
