Somerville Meat Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
2 pounds beef, ground
2 eggs
3/4 cupful suet
4 tablespoonfuls horseradish
2 small onions, minced
1 teaspoonful dry mustard
2 cupfuls soft bread crumbs
4 tablespoonfuls minced green pepper
3 teaspoonfuls salt
3/4 cupful tomato catsup
4 tablespoonfuls Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Mix well all ingredients except catsup.
Pack in a greased bread pan.
Cover top of loaf with tomato catsup and bake in a hot oven at 400° F. for 45 min.
This loaf may be made of left over meat and is delicious hot or cold.
