Som Tum Recipe
A healthy Thai delight just for you. The Som Tam is grated raw papaya with green Thai chillies. An easy dish that would add to the taste of your main dish. Try this unique dish and do let me know how it turned out for you.

Ingredients
| 1 medium dark green papaya | ||
| Garlic | 4 Clove (5gm) | |
| 6 green Thai chillies (phrik khi nu) | ||
| Tomatoes | 2 , cut into wedges | |
| Green beans | 1.2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 tablespoons anchovy sauce | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Tamarind juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Peel the papaya and rinse under running water. Remove the seeds and shred the flesh with a grater. Set aside. Place the garlic cloves and chillies in a mortar and mash with a pestle until crushed into pieces. Add the papaya and the remaining ingredients and gently combine all with the pestle and a spoon. Serve cold
