| Onion | 1 Medium, peeled and thinly sliced | |
| Cucumber | 1 Medium, pared and coarsely chopped with seeds discarded | |
| Tomatoes | 2 Medium, peeled and cut into pieces | |
| White pepper | 3⁄10 Teaspoon | |
| Drained canned shrimp/Lobster | 3⁄10 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
| Drained canned mussels | 3⁄10 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
| Gherkin | 1 , thinly sliced | |
| Pitted ripe olives | 5 , sliced | |
| Capers | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Thin lemon slices | 2 , halved | |
| Fresh dill | 1 Tablespoon |

Directions
To prepare fish broth, put fish head, bones, and fins and soup greens into an electric cooker; add salt and boiling water.
Cover and cook on High 4 hours.
Heat butter in a skillet.
Add onion and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally; do not brown.
Strain broth and return to cooker.
Add onion, cucumber, tomato, salt, and pepper to broth; stir.
Cover and cook on High 30 minutes.
Add reserved fish, shrimp, mussels, gherkin, ripe olives, capers, lemon slices, and dill to cooker; mix.
Cover and cook on High 30 minutes.
