Cut into 3 or 4 portions.
Place fillets in greased 10-inch skillet.
Bring to boiling; reduce heat and simmer, covered, till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, 4 to 8 minutes.
Carefully remove fish to platter; sprinkle with salt.
Keep the fish warm in a slow oven.
Strain the wine.
Return 1/3 cup wine to skillet.
Blend together light cream, cornstarch, and salt.
Stir into wine in skillet; cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Add grapes; heat through.
Spoon sauce over fillets.
